You tell us where you want to go and how you like to travel. We recommend a short list of hotels, secure the reservation through our trusted booking platforms and look after the details until you check out.
Does it cost me anything to use your service?
For hotel stays there is no charge to you. We are remunerated by our hotel and travel partners, which does not increase the rate you pay.
Do I pay you or the hotel?
You pay the hotel directly, on the hotel’s terms. We do not take payment for hotel stays.
Why do you need my credit card?
Hotels require a card to guarantee or hold a reservation. Card details are provided only through the booking platform’s or hotel’s secure process. Please never send card numbers by email, WhatsApp or through this website.
Can you book Accor hotels such as Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel?
Yes. We can arrange stays across the Accor luxury and premium family and many other leading groups. Availability depends on the property and dates.
What extras might I receive?
Where offered by the property, booking through an advisor may include benefits such as breakfast, hotel credit, room upgrades on arrival or flexible check-in and check-out. Benefits vary by hotel, rate and date, and are always subject to availability.
Can you plan more than a single hotel?
Yes. We build multi-stop journeys that connect the right hotels in the right order, and can introduce trusted partners for transfers and experiences.
Which countries do you serve?
We work with clients worldwide and can book hotels in most destinations. We are an Australian registered business and reply in English.
What if my plans change?
Cancellation and amendment terms are set by each hotel and rate. We explain them clearly before you confirm, and we recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
